3 Year/36,000 Mile Warranty On Repairs

We are proud to offer a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on parts and labors. This is significantly higher than the industry standard of a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. We are confident in our repairs and our service, and we want you to feel confident, too. That’s why we back up our repairs and services with an industry-leading 3 year warranty.

Free Customer Shuttle

We provide a free customer shuttle to make vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance easier than ever. We’ll pick you up, drop you off, and pick you up again! We can come to your home, work, grocery store, roadside, soccer game, or where ever you’re at.

ASE Certified Auto Mechanics

Main Street Mechanic employs only ASE Certified Master Technicians. Our technicians are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence on every mechanical and electrical component and system. Technicians must re-test every five years in order to keep their certification. Because of this, ASE Certified Master Technicians must keep current certifications in eight areas:

-        Engine Repair

-        Engine Performance

-        Electrical/Electronic Systems

-        Brakes

-        Heating and Air Conditioning

-        Suspension and Steering

-        Manual Drive Train and Axles

-        Automatic Transmissions

AAA Approved Auto Shop

We are very proud to be an AAA approved Auto Repair Shop – and we take that designation seriously! To be an AAA approved auto shop, we must go through a several month-long process of investigation. To be AAA approved, we must meet the highest standards of the American Automobile Assocation, including strict standards for cleanliness, proper tools, adequate technical training, and appropriate technician certifications.

We must also have a favorable opinion rating from our customers. AAA performs a survey of a significant number of our customers to obtain their opinions on “how well the business meets their automotive service needs.” We must score at least 90% on each question. We consistently score 98% and above.

BG Lifetime Protection Plan – FOR FREE

When we service your vehicle at Main Street Mechanic, you may qualify for the Lifetime BG Protection plan. This is a free plan provided by BG to those who stay on top of their regular maintenance services using BG products, which is why we make those the default products we use at our shop. The BG Lifetime Protection Plan includes roadside assistance as well as coverage on the seven major service systems:

-        Transmission

-        Drive Train

-        Coolant/Antifreeze

-        Power Steering

Over 11 Bays To Serve You

We may seem small from the front of our shop, but we actually have 11 fully stocked bays to serve our customers. While other shops are scheduled weeks out, we can often get you in and out same day or within a couple of days. We even have loaner cars available to make the wait as easy as possible. We are prepared to take care of all your auto repair needs!

One of our mottos is “We test, not guess!” Repairs get expensive FAST when you don’t know the real source of the problem and are just guessing with expensive, unnecessary repairs.
